Parents de français cadre

Bienvenue au français cadre pour les parents!

Welcome to Core French for Parents!

This web blog was created for the purpose of sharing what goes on inside Mlle. Coutu's French classes at Notre Dame. From sharing information such as current topics of study, upcoming tests and assignment due dates, my goal is to have the opportunity to showcase students' work to their parents and other members of the community. I believe that what happens inside every classroom is unique and the learning that goes on inside our walls should be shared and appreciated by others.

Parents de français cadre is a resource parents can use to stay updated and connected with what students are doing in French class at Notre Dame. Parents can use this resource to find details about the course and our current units of study. For day-to-day happenings you are encouraged to view the course tabs: FSF 1D1-04 & FSF 1D1-05 (Academic Core French Period 2, 3) and FSF 1P1 (Applied Core French). We are currently using Remind101 in the classroom and parents are invited to sign up to receive the updates and reminders that students are receiving regulary. You can find instructions on how to sign up in tab Remind101.

I hope that these tools will help make it easier to locate missed work or to plan for absences.

The webpage also showcases Travaux à apprécier. Here I will include examples of student work regularly to acknowledge and share their successes.

À bientôt,

Mlle. V. Coutu
